    This is really good if paired with Samsung phones because in the wearable app you can change the equalizer to Dynamic and that what seems to follow the harman kardon shape.

    I understand that if you get a refurbished product you don’t want to get used eartips. But what is wrong with giving me a pair of unused eartips? It is pictured with eartips. They can’t be used without them. What is the point of getting them for the refurbished price if they are unusable? The only recourse is to return them. No one wants to just give me a set of eartips. Not customer service. Not Geek Squad. And I have paid into the yearly Best Buy protection plan and that doesn’t help.
