the silicone pillows came in black, when we went to the store to ask if we could change the color of the pillows they said no and that since it was an open-box product they would not accept the return.

Didnt come with box but it cane with unused ear tips type c cable ans instruction pamphelt was like new seem to be a return works perfect saved me over 120 bucks.

perfectly clean and "as new" as you can ask for. just missing medium ear tips but thats fine.

These are awesome and so easy to set up. Well worth what they cost me during the Black Friday sale. Highly recommended....

Works great however earbuds fly out every time it's dropped from 1-3 feet. Wish it held up to the drop. I don't like looking everywhere for my fallen earbud. They also randomly disconnect and reconnect. But that might be the app I'm using

Personally cant get a good fit for noise canceling. Only came with 2 size tips. Not a great fit for me coming from airpod pro. Less battery life than competitors.

I've had the geek squad refurbished buds for more than two weeks now and I can say that I am very impressed. They look and work like brand new.

Just like new , couldn't tell the difference. Sound control is Awesome.

Buds 2 pro offer decent sound. Not 5x better than other buds. Missing medium ear tips, seems like something that would be obvious during the refurbishing process. Proper tip fit is required to keep buds in ears. Best buy member chat support said to visit a store. Product purchased online. Will update if resolved.

They came on time. I have been using them for the gym and much more than i ever thought i would and there amazing. Great deal best i have used to date

The product was missing parts. Specifically the soft tips that fit inside of your ear canal. There were supposed to be three sizes and one of them were missing. When something is listed as certified refurbished, I take it to mean that all the necessary parts are included and intact. The lower price softens the blow, this time, however, I would think twice before buying anything with the spurious "certified refurbished" designation.

Great product. I use then everyday at the gym or on my runs. Perfect connect to my phone or samsung watch.

Excellent, just like new, doesn't had the medium size ear plug but that's not really important

Very nice earphones! The only thing they should improve is bass, I got the AirPods Pro connected to my Samsung S23 Ultra and the bass is better.

Great upgrade fron buds plus. However had to buy larger tips to fit ears
