When I picked them from the store in the first use y realize the volume of the buds was super low and one of them, the right one made a buzz sound higher than the actual sound of the music

These Pro2 earbuds came without ear tips so I returned them and purchased them new.

I've had Samsung ear buds for 5+ years and have never had any issues. I figured at this price, why not give these refurbished ear buds a shot - I ended up returning to the store next day. The set that I received had someone else's name on a "Ship to Home" label that was on the box, kinda weird. I fully charged them (case light turned green, just like my other set), however, when I went to use them, the right ear bud battery drained extremely fast - I watched on the "Wear" app as the battery life went down in real-time, 80%, 79%, 78%...was down to 3% in a matter of less than 30 mins. I knew it was a risk but figured that Best Buy would have at least given these the once over before shipping them out...I was wrong.

I must of had a bad pair as they work fine most of the time but when both are inserted it wants to cut in and out when by myself.

Love my buds, they came refurbished but are absolutley wonderful, they work perfectly. Thank you Best Buy

Great set of earbuds and honestly they were brand new when I got them. The price and performance are spot on.

This is a review of the REFURBISHED only. Not the actual Buds. Since Best Buy separates these 2 items I have no problem leaving a review about what Best Buy sent as "refurbished" It is clear Best Buy does not understand what "refurbished " means. They sent "used -acceptable". Refurbished is when something is inspected and re-made to whole as close as possible. Thid was just a return. The Best Buy Employee opened it, saw it had buds in it and slapped a sticker on. It is missing all components. Packaging demolished. Bufs not in the right place. This is not refurb. This is a return. If i wanted open box i would get open box. Best Buy needs to be made aware of what refurbished means. This is going back and now one of you other sad souls will get it. Maybe i need to snap it in half to save someone else. Yeah....there we go.....it arrived broken in half. Ooops.

Geek squad certified is not a reliable buy. Even the geek squad manager waxahachie store in tx told me not to buy again in that condition because they always sell trash condition. I went on the 29 day i bought it. Never used it because it was a gift from them and they thought it was a good deal and reliable and is not... do not buy when they say geek squad certified
