    The box was in poor condition if you care about that kind of thing the buds also came with just two sizes of the squishys large and small. No medium size, but the large turned out to be the right fit.so no need to take them back, also the buds sound is great. In my opinion.

    I've heard the new ones are great. Properly refurbished ones are probably good as well. Rather than that, I received a charging case with buds taped to the bottom of a box, no other packaging or instructions or anything. But even that would've been fine if they threw the eartips in so that I could actually use them. No charging cord either, but I could've figured that out. I don't know how to use them without eartips. I tried to give feedback more directly through the customer support channels, but I kept just getting directed on how to return them, I never found a way to report the mistake in packing and shipping so that they could quality control issues in the future, so my guess is that their standards on refurbished products will continue to be sketch.

    The first pair came without any accessories after 3 calls, going into the store, I was sent another one with accessories.

    Didnt charge out the box, tried wireless charging and OEM samsung cables. Exchange was pay difference from unopen box or refund and reorder from online.

If you haven't done so already we have some helpful tips to get you the ideal fit for both your leisure and active times throughout the day. This device should have come with additional ear tips in larger and smaller size to help with the fit.     The product itself is 5 star, however, I went the ‘cheap’ route and bought the refurbished. The tips were not included or whoever checked to send missed that part.

    Caution:Bought a pair of buds 2 pro used to try. Liked them so I bought a pair here. Shortly before receiving 2nd pair, one bud on the first pair went dead. The second pair arrived, I liked them and felt the first bud dying was a fluke. I ordered another pair from here. Shortly before they arrived a bud on the second pair went dead. Now I sensed a problem. I will be returning the 3rd pair of buds for a refund while I can. I combined the good bud from my other two pairs. There is a real problem with these buds and I will not buy anymore. I have 1 pair of working buds. Like the sound but these are a recall issue and junk.

    I bought the refurbished pair, the day i got them i connected to my TV by Bluetooth. It's a farely new Samsang Tv, as soon as i walked away from the tv, maybe 2 steps both buys started crackling like they were broke and about 2 weeks later the right one stopped working. No i didn't drop it in water, no i didn't step on it, i had the pair before this one and i had it for almost 2 years and they worked beautifully until i lost one. I got this set from best buy and they are terrible and then i ordered brand new from Amazon, they work better but they are unreliable

    First shipment they were the older model in the newer models box and second shipment they were broken. Both shipments didn't even come with ear tips

    The 1st certified refurbished pair had no ear tips in the box. They had to order me another pair she this pair came with no charger. I give up. I would not recommend buying refurbished, even though it says certified is supposed to come with all parts. Which is obviously not true

    I would not buy the refurbished sets. I have bought two sets and each set did not come with the silicone ear pieces. I chatted with Best Buy and the best that they can do is have you return them for a refund. I asked them to refund me like $10 so that I can get them on amazon. They can't do that. I asked them about their quality control but she could not assure me of anything. I have to admit I am disappointed with this. Usually their refurbished stuff is great.
