    Flawed design where end pieces can potentially break off in ear and result in a ER vist.

    When trying to use the refurbished ones they kept disconnecting. Luckily i got the sane ones new for Christmas and they are great but i do not recommend used ones

    They come without accessories and they don't work, I agree that they are reconditioned but come on, that they don't work? It's a disappointment, don't they test them before selling them? This is ridiculous.

    isnt worth at all , wasted 110 bucks right after 90 days these stopped picking up audio and have lot of issues with mic

    These things fall out all the time. Any time I speak the sound cuts out even when i change the settings.

    Not worth it; i bought them refurbished and idk if its the headphones itself or just the pair i received, but the voice is super muffled. Whoever i talk to using my headphones complains that they cant hear me well.

    Dont stay in ears, noise cancelling/ambient sound is bugged. Stay away super uncomfortable.

    Does not allow you to change any settings without giving Samsung permission to access all of your personal information, including calendar, contacts, call logs, and more.

    Sound quality was not perfect and the distance on your earphones to phone was only 5feet. My new ones 5 stars

    The truth is that I didn't like them, they are uncomfortable and cause connectivity problems with the sa.sung book 360 laptop itself

    I thought I'd save some money. They came and only one ear bud worked. I then had to send it back and wait to be refunded which they did. I then paid full price for new ones that worked.

    Cannot turn off auto-disconnect

    If you wear any headset or cover both your ears with your hands while the earbuds are on, they will automatically disconnect.

    Never buy Geek Squad Guaranteed refurbished mercha

    Failed from day 1. Received these ear pods, guaranteed to be like new, and they haven't worked correctly at all. Waste of money!! To make it worse, it shows not returnable. Terrible!!
