Luckily i got the sane ones new for Christmas and they are great but i do not recommend used ones

It's a disappointment, don't they test them before selling them? This is ridiculous.

Whoever i talk to using my headphones complains that they cant hear me well.

I then had to send it back and wait to be refunded which they did. I then paid full price for new ones that worked.
