First refurbished pair I received was defective. The in ear sensor on the right bud would never detect being in my ear, which prevents things like active noise cancellation from working. I was able to easily return and exchange for another refurbished pair which do work. As for the buds themselves they're fine. They're comfortable for a while and they sound good. The noise cancellation is pretty cool. In my opinion these are only worth it at the refurbished price. When I purchased them they were $99.99 vs $229.99 new. Depends on how much you use them, and if you NEED buds vs actual headphones. They are good if you can snag a good pair at the refurbished price. At full price I'd steer clear. You can get very good headphones for only a little more than the $229.99 these go for new. For $100 I'm happy with what I got, and if you're worried about buying refurbished know that as soon as I said the first pair had an issue they were willing to exchange or refund them.

I like the fit. The sound is good, but I expected more for the money. Not having multipoint connection is a real disappointment. They don't even connect to my Note20 Ultra automatically. Weird. My 1More Evo earbuds would switch flawlessly between my laptop & phone after a few updates. I miss them but they didn't breathe well, were hot & would fall out my ears. These are comfortable & are easy to wear. The case should have a speaker like iPhone for the lost/find function. If I could put the 1More Evo software on these I would be happier. Samsung how is a no-name company like 1More kicking your tail with better software? How? These are not bad but Samsung can do better. Not a bad earbud at refurbished price.

I was a little hesitant to go with a refurbished pair, but I’m really glad I took the chance on these Galaxy Buds2 Pro. They arrived in excellent condition and looked practically brand new. The Bora Purple color is unique and stylish—definitely stands out in a good way. Sound quality is where these really shine. The audio is rich and balanced, and the noise canceling works surprisingly well for earbuds. They fit comfortably in the ear and stay secure, even during workouts. Battery life has been solid, and I haven’t noticed any connectivity issues so far. The only minor downside is that the touch controls can be a bit sensitive, but that’s something I adjusted to pretty quickly. For a refurbished product, this is a fantastic deal—premium performance without the premium price tag.

They came in good condition, sounded well, everything was in order, not too many things to complain about just cosmetic details on the case (should be expected either way) only thing was that the inner part of the earbud tips had a bit of dirt and staining of sorts but nothing a disenfrcting wipe couldnt fix Overall everything was as expected just check everything yourself

The sound is crisp and fit snug and comfortable. They also charge up very quickly and also hold a charge for a long time.

Wasn't quite sure of buying refurbished earbuds but they were basically brand new with not a spot on them. I gave them an extra inspection and cleaning before I put them in my ears just in case. The sound quality was great and the tech in the earbuds was also great. It's definitely worth it if your a Samsung user. Usually I use it with my Galaxy Z Flip 5 and it automatically connects to my Samsung S8 tablet and Galaxy S23 Ultra business phone as well. The charge usually lasts a few days and if I'm short on battery they can charge wirelessly from my phone. Comparing these Galaxy Buds 2 Pros to the other Samsung earbuds I've had like the Galaxy Buds 2 that I lost they were actually an upgrade. Also, if you lose them it knows the last time the case was opened if you set it up in Smart things beforehand. Sometimes it can even guide you to where you may have lost them. Almost like a radar detector. Overall it was a good purchase.

I personally love these headphones there so good to where i lost the pair i had and here i am buying a new one they have great bass and trebble along with noice cancelation and there one of the few earbuds that ive found that fit in your ear and dont fall out while still being small

Overall I think you get exactly what is advertised, at the higher end of the quality scale for Samsungs price range. Comfortable & stay put, and steady in place even with commercial mowers, sweat, singing along. ANC is good enough to dump mower to a low roar that is easily covered with a bit of extra volume, transparency mode update is decent, though not the clearest I've had. Battery life lasts as it should even in all day Alabama heat, charging extremely fast and easy.

These headphones are awesome. Got the refurbs and could care less they weren't "brand new ", might as well be. No scratches, new tips, charger, and completely clean. The noise canceling (with the Comply foam ear tips) is incredible as I'm on noisy construction sites throughout the day. Ambient sound pulling in environmental sound, dont have to pull them out constantly anymore. The battery life is comforting too! Being able to control them with my Galaxy 4 classic watch seamlessly is such a clean touch as well. Working outside, I'm in the elements, and as long as the buds are in ear - I never have to worry about the rain or snow with the water resistance. If you're a fan of Samsung - these are definitely worth it!

It’s been 4 months since I bought them, and so far everything is going well. The sound quality is good, the battery lasts a long time, and there are no issues with the speaker. The design does bother the ears a bit after long periods of use, but that might just be a personal thing.

I have a couple other pairs of earbuds in this quality range, these ones fit far and away the best both in my ears and not sticking out so far. They sound great, pretty solid ANC, easy to connect. I've found that the pair I wear the most isn't necessarily the absolute best sound, it's the ones I can wear most comfortably. This set is now my go-to. Great deal, too.

Great fit. Always had issues with in ear earphones but this one you can hardly feel they are there and don’t pop out. The only problem i had was that the earphone is graphite colored and the tips they send are white!! The middle size tips are also missing. Very off putting having a grey earphone with white tips. I understand this is a refurbished product but refurbish doesn’t mean mix and match from different products or missing parts.

Very comfortable to use. Battery last for a week or longer depending on usage. Sound is very clear and never have to turn up too high.

Took a chance on refurbished because I had an expiring promotional gift card that covered a good chunk of the cost. Other than a little scotch tape on the box I could not differentiate these from brand new. This is my first pair of Samsung earbuds, previously only used Jabra. I'm quite impressed with the sound and the fit. Constantly having to readjust Jabra's during any type of workout. The only thing I don't like about the Samsung's is that touchpad controls are extremely finicky. I believe this is due to the design and not that they are refurbished. I can control the Jabra earbuds even with gloves and a winter hat on. Even with that negative I would still highly recommend.

The earbuds themself are amazing, they came in almost perfect condition, and the sound quality is crazy, but they came without the medium eartips (the only eartips that fit me).

Sound great and easy to use. These have the same challenge as all ear buds, they dont fit everyone. I had an older set of JBL's that you could adjust both the ear canal rubber as well as the larger that held the whole ear bud. That is key to being a one size fits all. These not having that tend to work there way out pretty easy when working out. With that the touch controls are a pain as I'm regularly having to push them in and its stopping my music. I did go into the app and shut most of that functionality off. They are still good buds though give them a chance, if they don't fit well for you try something else.

Easy to set up, fit perfect in my ears, the quality sound is amazing. Good bass. Nice noise canceling. It doesn't bider my ears. I like it very much. I highly recommend it
