I went back and forth on buying them because of the mixed reviews. But he has told me he loves them! He loves the bass and noise canceling and he made sure to get the right fit for his ear and he has used them at the gym with no issues of them falling out. He also didn't know they were refurbished until a couple of weeks afterwards. He said he would've never guessed.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my third pair of refurbished earbuds from Best Buy and every one has looked and functioned just like brand new. The box just won't be factory sealed and you'll be lucky to get one size of ear tips. You may not get any so keep that in mind. Tips are very cheap and when I'm spending less than half the retail price for the earbuds, I'm not complaining. Samsung hit it out of the park with these earbuds. Especially if you have a newer galaxy phone and access to the galaxy wearable app. After the initial setup, which takes a couple minutes, they're paired before you get them in your ears. They are so comfortable I can hardly feel them. You can personalize your earbuds for you and change the settings based on what you're listening to. Dynamic is my favorite EQ. The sound quality is amazing for anything from music, to videos to podcasts. The noise canceling is good. It will hold its own with any other pair of high end earbuds on the market. I've tried the Airpods pro 2s and in my opinion the noise cancellation on those has these beat but not by much at all. That said, they're not Bose or Sony over ears so dont expect them to be. No earbud is going to have the noise cancelling of the Sony 1000 XM5s or the Bose QC 45s.

One thing I also really appreciate about these is that you can attempt to connect to them from a different device and it'll disconnect from the other device instead of refusing connection which I really like since I switch devices often. It really sucked before always having my old pair connected to my laptop in my car when im trying to listen to music through my phone at the gym.
