This will be great if you wanna buy the ear nubs separately. Should really be advertised that this doesnt come with ear nub inserts.

If theres an issue you have to identify and address it within 2 weeks or youre s-out of luck with your now well working product. They shouldnt even sell refurbished items.

Not disclosed anywhere. Only when i called because not on receipt. Very dissapointed in best buy. Tried

When you are in a call it sounds like if you are far away from the microphone. Terrible. The return period is short. I was unable to return them after 3 weeks from purchase.
