The good (outweighed by bad) first: - phenomenal sound, Samsung integration and wearables control are very intuitive and useful. Geek squad did well. They looked new on arrival. The bad - shipped with one set of eartips instead of 3, this should be in the description as it's a major deviation from buying new (others have complained and Best Buy should rectify this). I have had these since May. Unfortunately, I passed the return window before testing these running or on my mountain bike. These are absolutely useless for intense physical activity. Every few strides or bump in the trail they shift, and if not corrected, they just fall out. The constant adjustments also cause unintentional tap inputs. I have tried numerous Samsung and 3rd party ear tips. Nothing solves this. It is a matter of shape and weight placement. I am a huge Samsung environment fan (TV, watch, phone, buds, etc), and I am very disappointed in Samsung's design choices for these buds. This is a well documented problem across the net. It will certainly color my future purchases. At this price point, they provide amazing sound, but the retention is just trash and unacceptable for this level of product.

I was thrilled about the price point on these Buds2 Pro. They sound great and have features that my Buds Live lack. I love that the volume lowers if the microphone picks up that I'm having a conversation. I didn't consider that open box items meant there may be missing parts. A set of ear tips were missing from the box, but luckily the size that fit me best were included. No regrets with this purchase, but I'll inspect the contents of open box/refurbished items in the future.

Certified refurbished! Psh. More like brand new. Bought these for my husband for christmas (along with the galaxy 6 watch) and these have been nothing but amazing for him. He works in a loud spray booth but csnt hear anything outside of his music.

I like the earbuds. The sound is clear and loud. It has excellent bass. Love the way is sounds in my ear, no matter what I am listening to. My only issue is they are a little too small for me. They feel like they are really in my ear. It is hard to push to change the volume or skip songs. It is hard to feel for where to touch and when I do, I barely touch it and it feels like I am pushing it in my ear.

These sound and fit better than the last generation. The matte finish on the case feels nice. They are super responsive to touch (my son said his hoodie in the wind kept stopping the music) but I think that can be solved with settings in the wearable app.

I loved the Buds2, but these feel even better and stay in my ears better. Sound is unmatched. Only thing I don't like is I can't figure out how to turn off automatic ambient sound, but I'm sure there has to be a way to do it. Great quality. I got them refurbished so the case's battery life is not as good as Buds2, but still lasts several days.

Love them. They fit so comfortable, the features are great (noisr cancelling and enhanced listening). Long battery life and case battery life. Smart connection with devices.

Very nice lows and bass, for the price i would recommend getting them. They also last a few hours before they run out of battery . And the case lasted more than a week without having to charge it while using the buds.

Best headphones that I've experienced. The fit is amazing and I haven't had an issue with a bud falling out. The additional settings that are available in the Samsung Wear app increases the experience 100%. I'm super impressed with the noise cancelling and ambient sound setting. The music playback is flawless. As a passionate Samsung customer, well done!

Smooth transitions from device to device. able to be connected to teo sources like phone and computer and juggle between calls on phone and videos on the computer. Music quality generally good. Does not have strong bass but handles overalllnsound quality well. i like these bettwr than the previous Samsung buds. A lot more comfortable and secure fit.

Buds are great. They sound great on dynamic. I am upgrading from galaxy buds everything is an improvement. With the exception of fit. May just need time to adjust. Would probably been a 5 star but the minus 1 is for bestbuy. I Ordered refurbished but recived used. Dirty and missing silicon ear pieces. Still named and paired to previous owners phone. I buy plenty of refurbished and reconditioned items this was not one of them.

i don't have anything bad to say about them.... they sound good oh and they are so comfortable ive fallen asleep with them in my ears ,they charge fast,the case charges fast as well ,i mean i"m going to get another pair for the wife .... so i guess that says it all.

The condition of the refurbished earbuds were extremely good and blew my expectations away! The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro have become my favorite earbuds for Galaxy devices and are a must have for me.

Excellent deal for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. However, as other reviews have noted, your mileage may vary here. I was lucky and did receive a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. However, like other reviewers, I did not receive a complete set of earbud tips (i.e. the part that goes in your ear). Laughably, I received one earbud tip of each size (S, M, and L) with no matching ones. Luckily I had extra tips at home. If you know what you are getting into, this is a good deal.

The product is amazing and definitely beats similar pairs I owned from Sony and Apple in sound quality. The refurbished product was missing the medium size ear tips though, which are the ones that fit most people. I had to buy replacements from a competitor for $25, as best buy doesn't. If you're okay with investing a little extra this is a screaming deal.
