Best earbuds I have ever owned. Great fit. Great sound.

The earbuds and case were in great shape no scuffs or anything. I was unable to use them right away as the ear pieces that were sent were an non matching pair, 2 different sizes. One was super large and the other was tiny. I had to purchase a pair before I could use them.

Excellent sound, battery life and pairing. too bad that the active noise cancellarion aint as good or would have given it a 5

I received the Samsung Pro2 earbuds and noticed they were a step above my Samsung earbudss. ANC and clarity were next level up. Only complaint was they were missing the medium size ear pc. ( Usually come with a set of 3)

These headphones are just as good as apple pros. The bass sounds better on these, pros are a little louder in a noisey place. The only thing is the noise cancellation could have been better. Over all I think for the price these are the best choice for the money so pick up some you want be disappointed one bit.

Great sound. case fits in pocket well. Shape is comfortable in ear but can fall out if it isnt twisted in or if there is sweat and stuff.

Love them. I had bought the Galaxy Bud Pros and they were too big for my ears. So I had to down size to the Galaxy Buds 2. When I saw these I had to get them. The comfort of the Galaxy Buds 2 with the sound quality of the Pros! I am not an Apple Product girl so this works perfectly with my other Samsung Products.

Oh my gawd I bought these in memory of my recent passed away mama last year.she loved the color purple and lavender and everything was purple to the tee in her lifetime.I loved these heads phones and purple and quality was everything

I bought the pair brand new at first, but when I also found the refurbished pairs at half the cost I had to take a shot on them. I don't think I can tell a difference between the brand new and the refurbished. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend .

I would say, I'm always iffy when it comes to refurbished tech. But I decided to give these a go, as I was also not too sure if I would completely like them. But man was I shown otherwise. Ive had these for about a month now and they work great!!! Even as refurbished earbuds the quality is good, connection is good. I've been using them almost everyday at work. There has only been a few times where the connection was laggy, but it was fixed by putting the earbuds back in the case closing it and re-connecting the earbuds. Other than that I would definitely recommend these earbuds new or refurbished.

Great quality product. The fit is definitely an upgrade from the original Buds Pro. The noise cancelling has also improved ! I would recommend only purcahsing these if you have an android so you can get the full experience with access to all of the settings and customization!

The earbuds are comfortable for me and they sound good! I'm no audiophile but it works for what it's advertised for!

I have 6 pairs of different earbuds. I had given up until I purchased these. The Galaxy Pro 2s are now my go-to buds. They are comfortable in my ears and great for the gym. The volume kicks and the sound is great. I couldn't be happier with these earbuds.

I bought these headphones as a gift for my sister and she loves them. The quality is great and the price was perfect for a refurbished pair of heaphones. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more refurbished products from Best Buy.

Best ear buds on the market. I have bought them for family members. Much better than ipods. The noise canceling option blows the competition out of the water. I fly a lot and these beat every in ear option on the market.

I recently purchased these earbuds. I already own the Samsung Buds Live and the Samsung Buds Buds Pro. I really liked these two previous models. They fitted well, sounded great and worked flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy phone. I ordered these Samsung Buds Pro 2 expecting a similar or better experience. I was greatly disappointed. First I will state the Pros: Buds Pro 2 stay in ear better and have better Noise canceling. Now the Cons: lack of immersive sound, lack of bass, seem more geared to fitness workouts than the average music listener. I found that my two previous Samsung models sounded much better overall than this model. I actually just returned them under the 30 day return policy. If you are looking for good earbuds to work out with that will stay in your ear. Then these will suffice. If you want a better overall music experience. Then choose the Buds Pro or Buds Live. Just my opinion. Good luck
