Pretty good product, good sound and battery life, but doesn't come with the medium size grip tip.

quality earbuds very comfortable no noise distortion works well on voice calls. music play is crisp

Only issue I have the name given the item was not removed. "Persons Name Buds Pro 2". still shows up when Item needs to be recharged, I thought I have deleted the name. Other than that, great. Purchased this item for running/walking

The price is what drew me to these - cheaper than Amazon! Kind of wish I could have tried them on first, my fit is a little awkward. It was also missing one of the smallest eartips, which go figure I actually need. Customer service gave me a $4 refund so thats ok I guess. Also didn't come with any sort of OEM box or instructions - search the Samsung website if you need them.

They are excellent, I love it, it is heard perfect and very comfortable.

I've owned every pair of buds except the bean shaped one and these are so far the best of the b hunch. Even for a refurbished pair the sound quality is great. The ambient sound works p erfect and the bass is deep and rich for an in ear headphone.

I love it! I can spend more time using it and has a great sound neat and nice.

I received the earbuds without any ear tips, making the item unusable. Was disappointed that being Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, the whole item was not included. Aside from that issue, item seems to be fine. After I purchase ear tips, I will have a better opinion of the product. Not including the ear tips may have been an oversite, but I will probably think twice before making another Geek Squad Certified Refurbished purchase again.

These earbuds have great sound and are very comfortable to wear for long flights or listening to music.

These headphones are great for listening to music tuning the world out. overall great for working out, when you need a quiet moment or you are in a very loud area great for toning other things or people out. The sound quality is very good with out needing to adjust the settings in your music app or in the Samsung app for them?

They work as intended. Amazing sound! Connects flawlessly with my samsung 21.

They actually came brand new and compared to my airpod pro 2s they are much better in terms of sound , and comfortability. I recommend these to anyone who wants out of the norm apple products

It may be because I purchased refurbished, but after a few months of use the left earbud is only working at about 50% of the volume the right earbud has. I felt like I had to keep near maxing out my volume when I would just have the one in my ear. Before the speaker in the one lost strength, these were great and comfortable, but I believe I got out of the return window unfortunately before discovering my issue.

Awesome sound and fits very well. These galaxy buds 2pro actually stay in my ears better than the original buds pro. I say even if you don't have a galaxy phone these still are a great buy.

Amazing condition and Sound quality. I was first very hesitant to use this as I have always used only apple airpods. Switching to Samsung buds was a very good idea. It fits in the ears perfectly and doesn't even fall off while running

Great sounding headphones. I had the galaxy buds pro 1 but they never fit well in my ears. These however fit much better and sound is never an issue. Calls made on android sound clear no matter what the background is.

Sound quality isn't insanely better but after factoring in the noise canceling, ambient sounds sensor, and increased battery life amongs the buds and the case. Make these a wonderful upgrade from my last pair.

The earbuds fit perfectly and sound is amazing. They came in perfect condition! Only thing that was missing were the medium covers.
