Very loud, quality is very good. Bluetooth switching from phone calls to music is seamless. Sound is crystal clear. Easy to set up ⋅ Plenty of bass.

I purchased these refurbished buds about a month ago, after losing a pair of Anker 20is these have less battery life, but other than that are amazing. One thing I didn't like about ordering refurb is that I received black ear tips rather than purple ones that matched the buds. The only things I don't like about the buds themselves are the battery life (around 7-8 hours of continuous use) and how tracking the buds from afar while they're in the case is almost nonexistant - you have to use the finicky "nearby search". But they're purple!

Fit well and have great sound. Coming from Apple earpod pro I was afraid the sound would not be as good, i was wrong these are great!

These headphones are great for listening to music tuning the world out. overall great for working out, when you need a quiet moment or you are in a very loud area great for toning other things or people out. The sound quality is very good with out needing to adjust the settings in your music app or in the Samsung app for them?

Very slim and compact design, better ANC, clear 24-bit sound, plenty of features. Super earbuds for my Galaxy phone and notebook.

Awesome ear buds, great sound and battery life although it does not compare to the first version of these as far as battery life. Those lasted years with no issue. As that model is no longer available I opted for an upgrade. Still great pods overall. Also purchased refurbished and they are as good as new for a fair price.

I bought these headphones as a gift for my sister and she loves them. The quality is great and the price was perfect for a refurbished pair of heaphones. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more refurbished products from Best Buy.

Quality ear piece. It last for a long time and produces quality sounds. It connects so far fast to my phone. Easy to wear. Will refer to friends.

The sound is superb. The active noise canceling function with voice activation is amazing. I like how you change the settings too. I wish they were a little longer on the in ear piece because the do tend to want to move out a little when im moving around alot.

I think the sound quality of these earbuds is excellent. However, they are not as comfortable as the last Galaxy Buds Pros that I had. I have gotten used to how they fit, but I would not buy them again.

Earbuds work great but they didn't come with the earbud tips.

Synchs with my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 beautifully. Quality of sound and bass is top notch. Would definitely recommend.

They work like new, but there were no tips included in the package, which means they’re unable to be used until tips are obtained. Once i obtained tips, they work just fine.
