Refurbished so wasnt expecting perfect.however the ear bud inserts were black so they dont match snd look a bit off. Sound is as expected though

I really didn't want to buy the refurbished galaxy earbuds, but i bit the bullet and got them. They came in the original packaging but were missing the medium sized ear tips and that was okay regarding that i just saved over $100. i just bought some replacement ear tips from Amazon and was good to go. The earbuds sounded amazing and i really love them. They are light and dont hurt my ears. Im really glad i got them.

Quick shipping, quality product that lived up to its standards. Returned the item because i went with the pro 3 version. But the pro 2 are still one of the best wireless headphones in the market.

They work like new, but there were no tips included in the package, which means they’re unable to be used until tips are obtained. Once i obtained tips, they work just fine.

Synchs with my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 beautifully. Quality of sound and bass is top notch. Would definitely recommend.

my wife loves them. had to buy 3rd party ear inserts because for some unknown reason samsung decided to only include small and large, but no medium. after checking into it, apparently its intentional and wasnt a mistake like i had thought.

These are comfortable but i did end up buying new ear plugs so they fit better. These are great for everyday ise been using them for a while now and really have no complaints. I love the fact u can use these in the pool with out having to worry bout the water

Good quality earbuds. Decent battery life and excellent noise canceling. The "ambient" mode is really good at amplifying the sounds of your surroundings, really useful for things like walking alone. Only complaint is that the refurbished model only comes with small and large sized tips, so I had to order a separate set of tips to get a medium size. The case also charges a little slow, even when connected to a Samsung fast charge adapter.

Bought 2 pairs of these for family this christmas. It was my first time purchasing something refurbished and I was very impressed. They came in the original packaging and work great. I will definitely buy refurbished in the future.

As a Samung phone user the ease of use is on par with Iphones and Airpods. While the sound can't go very low, it does have very good clarity and with 360audio the sound stage is wide and fun. The only issue is that the buds are small and black so when they're dropped it's next to impossible to find them if you get out of bluetooth reach; within the 'find my device' function works well.

I've had these for over a month now. I love them. The sound is great and they work perfectly with my Galaxy S22 Ultra, which was a major reason I went with these. Being Geek Squad certified, these are practically new but at a fraction of the cost of a brand new pair. The only downside is the medium sized ear pieces were missing. I assume the previous owner used them so they were discarded in the refub process. Thankfully the large pieces fit me just fine. I'd definitely make the purchase again.
