Purchased as a gift for my grandson. He will receive it in March, so can not tell how well they sound, or if there are any issues. I can state delivered in Jan in good condition with box intact. I hope works well. Will provide update after my grandson tries them. If he likes them, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

The sound is good and some of the features but not hmwhat i was looking for, unfortunately. Biggest issue is they dint fit my ears at all. I'm pretty sure it is due to the design. Since they don't fit i can't use the noise canceling part, which is why i bought them to begin with. I know the latest ones they changed the design so maybe I'll try those.

I liked the sound for this buds pro 2 ,sumsang buds pro is number one

Headset came in like new condition however I am fairly confident that this is a brand new unit. No scratches, not previosly synced to a device, no issues with the battery life and not a single scratch on it. I would recommend that people take advantage of items sold in the clearance area of bestbuy. Just make sure its not sold from a 3rd party or its a hassle to return if defective.

I like the earbuds, but if your not careful they fall out of your ear. Had a hard time finding one of the buds on flight from Los Angeles.

No problems so far. Im glad I took the chance getting these. Because they were refurbished one pair of the ear bud tips were missing but that didnt bother me especially since it was extremely discounted.

They are excellent. Sounds amazing and the fit is fantastic

Sound quality is great, the only problem ive had is didn't come with ear tips and ever once in a while although its been charging it will say almost dead.

Have had them for years. no problems. Connect to everything i have. I got them refurbished.

The came in good condition i had them for a about a week or 2 so far & i am impressed by how they seem pretty good quality. i did at first had some hiccups that made me question if theses are actually refurbished professionally but after noticing that i havent had any problems with them after that im happy with what i paid for. the initial problem was that one of the ears couldn't play but i had to reset them & they were good.

This is one of the best headphones. Good sound isolation, good comfort, good battery.

Excellent buds with a tighter seal than previous buds. Battery lasts practically all week long.

I really enjoy all of the tap controls and the customization they have. Excellent battery that lasts 4-5 days. I only wish they provided more ear tip variation.

Great sound, haven't had any battery life issues. Neat that the case charges the buds.

Amazing earbuds!! I've always trusted Best Buy when it comes to refurbished products & I'm glad to continue trusting them! I had the Galaxy Buds 2 before and these are an amazing upgrade. There are more settings with these & the sound improvement is very noticeable. 8.5/10 earbuds! Would love to see Samsung make the equalizer a bit more adjustable and customizable.
