Sound quality is just amazing, but honestly last pair i bought last me about 3 months while my bugs pro first gen still works correctly

These look awesome and work great, ease of use and quality is a noticeable upgrade from the previous model. They do still run quite expensive for what they are and only about 6-7 hours of battery life.

So far I had a great experience, the sound is excellent and you can do anything with them and they won't fall from your ear

Love these ear buds. I was getting tired of my Bose because they would not stay in during exercise. I do not have that issue with these. The noise cancellation is OK which would be my only semi complaint, but I guess you can’t have it all and that is when comparing to BOSE. I would definitely recommend.

Was very impressed, they look new. worked great. did not come with earpieces, s m l, but being used was not surprised. Besides that, came in all original packaging and accessories Would highly recommend coming from galaxy buds, sound is much richer. You always wonder when you buy something used, But Best Buy Geek Squad did good. Thank You

Over great wireless headphones, battery life and wireless charging case are both superb. Would definitely not hesitate to buy these.

At first i was skeptical because this was refurbrished. After receiving it in the mail i tested them out ob my phone, it sounded good and performed better than i tought. Everything came in as if if was new. Im more confident in refubrished items from best buy now.

Great for doing light workouts but they tend to fall off. Great noise canceling. The sensor is too sesitive sometimes stops playing by itself.

I like the sound and features the earbuds have. The dislike i would say is the design is a little weird and i dont like the fact i cant skip the songs with my ear phones just pause and change the noise cancelation on it.

Great earbuds,, ambient sound works good, but not the best,, and batteries needs more work.

My 2nd purchase from best buy refurbishment and it went perfectly. The fit is a bit finicky as the left side wants to fall out 1st. Any high movement activity they definitely wont stay in. The noise canceling is nice but the ambient sound is a bit much as it almost acts like a hearing aide.

Good sound quality but i purchased refurbished one's and one went out the next month but i reorder somemore
