At first i was skeptical because this was refurbrished. After receiving it in the mail i tested them out ob my phone, it sounded good and performed better than i tought. Everything came in as if if was new. Im more confident in refubrished items from best buy now.

Love these ear buds. I was getting tired of my Bose because they would not stay in during exercise. I do not have that issue with these. The noise cancellation is OK which would be my only semi complaint, but I guess you can’t have it all and that is when comparing to BOSE. I would definitely recommend.

Good item, excellent sound and batery very well y long time

Didn't know what to expect with a refurb, but I saved a ton of cash to replace my lost ones, and they work perfectly. If this is the expectation for refurb, I'll try it again with other electronics to save $$$

Over great wireless headphones, battery life and wireless charging case are both superb. Would definitely not hesitate to buy these.

Great earbuds,, ambient sound works good, but not the best,, and batteries needs more work.

Was very impressed, they look new. worked great. did not come with earpieces, s m l, but being used was not surprised. Besides that, came in all original packaging and accessories Would highly recommend coming from galaxy buds, sound is much richer. You always wonder when you buy something used, But Best Buy Geek Squad did good. Thank You

These are amazing! They are super simple to connect. They are perfect for working out and daily studying for school. I love the feature of being able to listen to surrounding while running. I highly recommend these to anybody.

kind of uncomfortable on the ears to use for an extended period of time. It also hard to keep in place, mine fall off quite often when wearing them. I would not buy them again

Great for doing light workouts but they tend to fall off. Great noise canceling. The sensor is too sesitive sometimes stops playing by itself.

The ear buds were in excellent shape for the price. My only issue was that no ear tips were available and had to order them separately before i was able to use the ear buds properly.

First pair didnt work, but the second pair i ordered worked as if new.

I had a pair already but traded them in and regretted it, so when I got a chance to get them again I jumped at the chance!

My 2nd purchase from best buy refurbishment and it went perfectly. The fit is a bit finicky as the left side wants to fall out 1st. Any high movement activity they definitely wont stay in. The noise canceling is nice but the ambient sound is a bit much as it almost acts like a hearing aide.

Was a lil worried about having issues or the item looking overused, but was suprised I did not have to worry about anything. Everything has worked well and the item was in very good conditions. Charges well and last like new. Very happy with purchase after a couple months having used.

I purchased these refurbished Samsung earbuds a few months ago and have found them to be in excellent condition with no issues. I use them daily and would certainly recommend them

I bought these for my son. Sound was good but they kept falling out of his ears even though he tried different ear plugs. Also he had to keep the case near him or he would lose connection to his phone which was odd.
