I had the original buds the buds2 the live and others. The pro 2 stay in my ear doing all my workouts to include running. I wish I would of got this pair first.

I liked these because the sound was great, but they wouldn't answer calls no matter how light or heavy i pressed on the buds. I tapped twice, and nothing happened. I returned them and bought a pair new from Samsung. Battery life wasn't very good either.

It is great, but the ease at which it falls out of your ear is annoying. Also absolutely buy a case for this immediately. The casing it comes with is so smooth that it will smoothly slip out of your pocket or this dimension. I lost 1 of these and had to buy another

Great sounding and work with smaller ears. The bass response is decent. I am still looking for a app that will give me the option to mix frequencies myself & not the prebuilt sound settings.

Disappointed that "refurbished" product from Best Buy did not come with Samsung ear tips. Had to purchase a generic version from another company. Compared to previous buds, these sound better. Battery life could be better.

I've been used to using the og-apple airbuds. I'm usually not a big fan of in-ear buds, but I thought I should give it a try with this one. Still getting used to it, but pretty satisfied so far. I had to rename the buds though. It still had the previous user's name. Not a big deal though!

Good for the price, excellent, fare enough!!! Better than other with high price

I've had multiple pair of Samsung buds. These have the best noise cancellation out of all the pair ive had. However, as soon as I begin to sweat they wont stay put. They keep falling out - ive tried the small and large ear pieces and they fall out no matter which one I use.

These are a lot more advance than the previous versions and sound a lot better. I would say they feel a lot more lighter in the ears.

I ended up returning these because they were way cheaper at another retailer however the item is great and has some amazing functionality and great sound

Well packaged. Nice quality and clean. Noise cancelling is next level. They fit well. And came with new ear pieces. But i bought extra just in case. Excellent value if you buy used.

Great purchase!! Love the Buds2 Pro Earbuds. They fit great with the multiple earpieces. Were Refurbished but came in excellent condition. Charging case and all accessories.

I couldn't tell that these were refurbished. Just like new. Great pricing. As for the product, great sound and noise cancelation. Very happy i made this purchase

Sound is okay they constantly slip out of my ear. Ambient mode isnt all that.
