What a great pair they are very good especially for the price

Eardbuds are great! And in great condition. But didn't come with eartips (NONE). So I contact customer support they offer to return and they will send the new set for me. But actually I have after market eartips and I plan to go with them.

I like them but they are not perfect, they fall out of my ears very often, but I love the sound and how compact they are.

Headphones worked greatly, never had an issue. Definitely recommend refurbished program

Never got to test them out. Best buy send my refurbished pai with no ear tips. They did promptly send a hole replacement. They said they couldnt just send ear tips for them. Well the replacement came, and same thing. NO EAR TIPS. that was it. It was clearly stated on the item description. So just ask before you buy, but still no guarantee.

My son liked my ear buds and wanted a new set for xmas. So got him the same ones I have. I'm sure he'll love them.

Not great. They fall out all the time i have used all 3 bud sizes and used the ear fit option and nothing. Sound is ok when they are in you ear completely. Touch sensors are horrible they wont answer phone calls. I also feel like i have to keep tapping everywhere just to find the option on changing music. For now these will be a meh for me and i cant return them since im passed return period.

I was hesitant about these at first but these are the most confortable headphones ive ever worn and ive recommended to all my friends!

Sounds great for the price! The companion app is also pretty useful. If needed for working out id get something with ear wings.

Sound quality and everything is good, but they do not stay in my ears. They fall out far too easy. Even just sitting still they eventually just fall out. Ive tried all the different plug sizes and it always ends in the same result. Also, just not the most comfortable earbuds. I cant lay on my side and use them, it hurts my ears. As far as technology goes, they are fantastic. But i cant use them feels like a big waste of money.
