Broke after 8 months, i would not buy these. They sound amazing but i woke up one day after charging to a red light and dead buds. Wont charge no matter what i try. I tried everything on Reddin. They are just broken

There pretty good, ambient noice and noice cancelation isnt as good as the pro 1s but still pretty good in there own right

Great product, but it does when transferring from my car back to the headset the sound quality tanks extremely. Other than that, these things are amazing and if you buy memory foam plugs for them it pushes them to a 100.

Easy to setup and noise cancelling is great. Smart features that are user controllable to customize. Great price for refurb item that works like new.

Best wirless headsets. So far so good no complaints.

Very comfortable Sound not quite as good as Sony or Bose But it's good enough I end up using these mostly for phone calls, and other headphones for music.

I purchased these Galaxy Buds2 pro as a Geek Squad Certified item and received an item that was full of wax, appeared extensively worn, and had one of the earpieces broken. It is evident that whoever “certified” these was either rushed to put out the product or didnt care enough to properly do their job. Geek Squad certification use to inspire confidence in a purchase but that has completely gone out the window. I was not expecting something new out of the box but i was expecting a clean and thoroughly inspected item. One star is not for th item itsef, since i didnt try them out considering how dirty they were, but to the certification process and shipping of an item in this condition. Returned them.

Did not fit my ears well, the buds plus fit and sound better.

I absolutely love them. I don’t know how I ever went without them. They make it so much easier for me to use my phone without holding the phone. The features are everything I could ask for.

Doesn’t pair well with iPhone- sometimes choppy. No app for iPhone so can’t set up voice isolation.

Love my purchase. Order wss correct and was delivered on time.

They were perfect like brand new. The ear bud pieces matched color wise but they were a little different then my moms set of new

Sound quality was incredible, but the headphones died out after a year unfortunately

No very clear sound, and sometimes it delays in connectivity

After using these, my phone life has become easier. The music sound quality is good, especially when talking, the other person's voice can be heard clearly.

Excellent but ear buds, but after a while my inner rest canal would start to hurt. I replaced the silicon tips with sponge tips and my ears are happier now.
