Love these! I got mine as a refurbished pair, you coukdnt even tell the difference!! Great sound quality- i just ditched my apple products for samsung- and these are quite comperable to air pod pro's. For a fraction of the price, highly recommend these ear buds!

Bad volume control also poor bluetooth connection. Sounds great but music comes and goes every few minutes due to poor connection. I have a cheaper JBL pair of buds that work much better but battery is wearing out on left bud. Will just get a new pair of the same again.

Was really good quality for a refurbish, came with the extra ear fits as well

Good headphones but I liked my buds2 pro better than this.

I've bought several of the 1st Gen Live sets, willy's probably still have them if I'd just linked them with galaxy wearables, which includes the means to track your missing ear buds.

the are pretty easy to use, auto connects. Comfortable. I don't really feel the noise cancellation.

Product was exactly as described. Came with all the original papers,box, and ear pieces. These have great sound. Really enjoy using them for phone calls. Carrying around the ZFold4 is a pain.

Like my earbuds a lot. Good sound. Do wish they stayed in better when exercising. Stay in fine when walking.

The buds and case both arrived in excellent condition. Everything was squeaky clean! The sound is great. Im still trying to get used to the controls as i press on things when adjusting the buds.

The earbuds connect instantly with the app and have great noise cancelling. The refurbished was amazing and the only problem was the the included charger didnt work, but this has wireless charging and usb c which both work great.

I bought these earbuds refurbished and they came like a brand new set. Had all oem pieces completely cleaned and it what seemed to be the original packaging. So far I've had no issues.

Clear sound, fast and easy connection, super comfortable. Just don't expect too much from the sound isolation.

I really wanted to like them. I bought these because of the idea of Samsung echosystem. The sound is great and I like that you have the ambient sound. The thing I don't like is that they won't stay in my ears. I'm using the largest ear pieces and even then I have to stay really still or they fall out.

When i dust received the buds, they paired up quick. Only to find out who the previous owner's name. I'm like, REALLY. I cant use Samsung Member Diagnostic to even test to see how well they are. But when i tested it with what i knew, they work great. I don't want to say they are fake but I'll run some more test to make sure. Overall, they sound really good. Ambient sound works great and ANC works good too. The case charges with the buds in them correctly. I'm nit picky but it'll do. Cant beat the price at all.

Needed a good pair of earbuds and saw these on the website. Ordered them, they came in original packaging and sounded great. Highly recommend.

These buds are pretty bad. Very uncomfortable with any size tip. Software was glitchy when installing on phone and updating the buds. its almost impossible to adjust the buds without activating (stopping music) the touch function on second charge only one bud charged in the case no music stop when you remove the bud battery life was pretty bad compared to Beats what was really annoying was that if the buds were in the case but within reach, they would connect to my phone and play in the case!~!!!!!!!! what a Pain in the butt!!!! the sound was good though, but overall way too many hiccups with these earbuds. I expected more from Samsung
