When I opened the box for this order it was very disappointing. I've bought 3 refurbs from Best Buy and 2 were in good shape, the 3rd, this order, not so much. The buds are good, and are very similar in sound to the original buds. I'd say that are a little more neutral sounding (less bass-y) but still full and pleasant. However the case the refurb included was absolute garbage. Looked as though it was dragged in the dirt and actually still had a food smudge finger print on it. The USB cable looked as though it had been used for months (grimy and kinked) and only came with the smallest bud tips (even though I didn't trust to use them). Absolutely eye opening and will definitely stop me from trying out Best buys Refurbs again. IMO, it feels like one of the Geek Squad members saw the item they were refurbing and swapped out their own stuff for the better units and packaged their garbage.

The product itself is great. They offer rich sound and amazing clarity, especially when active noise canceling is turned off. For a refurbished product, the package was surprisingly complete. The only thing it was missing one silicone tip (which I didn't end up using anyway).

Excellent audio quality and also the noise canceling works really great! I really like all the options you have through the Samsung Wear app for the customization!

Beast ear huds I've owned in awhile. Super comfortable and great quality sound. Has features most earbuds don't have, one being ambient sound. These earbuds automatically mutes audio to 50% when it hears you speaking.

Sound quality was decent. The noise cancellation did not cancel out much noise but it was good for car rides and listening in areas that aren't too crowded. easy and smooth connection to my Samsung phone. My downside was that they don't have a full range of audio quality and match the highs and lows in music. I ended up returning them and went back to my airpods.

My Samsung Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Earbuds are great. The sound is perfect for active wear. They fit comfortable in both ears. The case is perfect for storage and charging.

Love these! I got mine as a refurbished pair, you coukdnt even tell the difference!! Great sound quality- i just ditched my apple products for samsung- and these are quite comperable to air pod pro's. For a fraction of the price, highly recommend these ear buds!

Great deal connect to apple seamlessly and audio can be adjusted on any android device like a laptop.

I absolutely love these headphones. I had an older pair of this brand that I love and thought i lost them so I purchased these. The sound quality is amazing!

Sounds great, i wasn't expecting it the earbuds to have so much futures.

Wasn't sure I'd like them so bought refurbished instead of new. Love these. Noise cancellation is great as i use them to mow & it doesn't 100% noise cancel depending on volume but works for me & it a plus i still can hear phone calls

The quality it’s amazing and the noise cancellation also the features of the buds are amazing I would recommend that galaxy buds

Great pair of headphones, my only gripe is that the battery life is a tad shorter than my old ones (Galaxy buds+). These last about 6 hours compared to the 8 that I was used to, but not a huge complaint overall.

1st pair of in ear buds, still figuring them out but I like them so far.

Really like the earbuds. Good sound quality. Do wish they stayed in better when working out. Stay in good when walking, bike riding.

i prefer the case on these than the older galaxy buds, it feels a lot more secure and the sound reminds me of a slip phone lol. sounds quality is good and the color is perf.

Love the sound quality and shape , I don’t like battery life, it could be better.

Ive owned a few different generations of Galqxy Buds now and for my ears these older ones have always fit best. So i bought as a back up pair &, prefer them over my current gen lol
