They sound great and are comfortable. However, when they arrived the box was smashed flat and wet. I don't know whos fault that was but I'm going to blame USPS

I don't know if it's because they're refurbished, but the right bud has a harsh piercing sound when certain letters or words start with those letters. I've never dealt with that before. Also, these buds are very slippery, I feel like I will lose one the very second I drop it.
