My biggest gripe is they don't stay in my ears well. If you have no issues with wireless ear buds staying in your ears, get this otherwise stay away.

They have amazing noise cancelling, audio, and feel good on the ear, they are also on par with other brands that are more pricey even when purchased as refurbished. Great buy, would recommend.

However, the noise canceling and transparency mode are mediocre compared to the pro version of these or AirPods Pro 2nd gen.

They are the brand and type that's advertised. However upon initial purchase there was a ringing noise from the left bud. Reseting the earbuds and playing around with the tips got rid of that sound. However roughly 6 weeks after purchase the in ear detector stopped working. Noise cancelling and ambient sound have therefore been rendered useless. The sound quality is still amazing however those issues do take away from the overall rating
