Works great after replacing missing ear tips

It shipped with no ear tips. No mention in item description that some parts may be missing. Contacted BB Customer Support. They said I could REPLACE the item or get a refund at my local BB. Local BB had no openbox replacements on hand so said can only get a refund of what I paid for them. Would have to pay price difference between what I paid and full price of a new set of Buds. Decided to keep the Buds and bought some after market air tips.

They don't even appear used, and included both small/large ear inserts along with the charging cable. So far the headphones work great, battery life is good. Buying refurbished/used can sometimes be a gamble but based on my experience it is certainly worth the savings.

I purchased some extra cushions from another vendor, exact same color - for $7.99 for 6 pair, and they were perfect. These buds work great and have really enhanced my workout!

You can find many deals which makes the product very lovable and also the comfortable fitting is what i like the most about it

They are not as snug in the ear as I would like them to be. I changed the size of the covers and it help me some, but they will still fall out if I'm not careful.
