I really wanted to like them. I bought these because of the idea of Samsung echosystem. The sound is great and I like that you have the ambient sound. The thing I don't like is that they won't stay in my ears. I'm using the largest ear pieces and even then I have to stay really still or they fall out.

It's a great item, a wonderful value. I enjoy the sound quality and I love the color. I will recommend this product to others.

These buds are pretty bad. Very uncomfortable with any size tip. Software was glitchy when installing on phone and updating the buds. its almost impossible to adjust the buds without activating (stopping music) the touch function on second charge only one bud charged in the case no music stop when you remove the bud battery life was pretty bad compared to Beats what was really annoying was that if the buds were in the case but within reach, they would connect to my phone and play in the case!~!!!!!!!! what a Pain in the butt!!!! the sound was good though, but overall way too many hiccups with these earbuds. I expected more from Samsung

I have all Samsung products, so it was normal to try their earbuds. Very good quality fits good in my ear, the sounds and microphone are really good. Especially for the price it's a no brainer

Beats are go to but for the price these are pretty decent.

They work like brand new and have immersive sound. Really feels like youre at a concert or in the movie itself with the characters. Really recommend for any phones because it is simple to pair!

I would recommend these to anyone! I love them. I’ve had numerous different type of earbuds including, AirPods, AirPods Pro and OpenRun Shokz. Galaxy Buds are my favorite.

You can't beat this fully functioning ear buds for half the price. Active noise canceling works as great as over the ear headphones. I can actually hear the music on the plane. No need to bring the bulky headphones anymore.

Good earbuds when they work. They have an issue with some sort of sensor inside that is common amongst people who are even buying them new. Earwax will block some sort of sensor inside of them and make the audio super low for one or both of them, I think it's some sort of hearing protection thing that you CANNOT turn off. They're also super slippery so if you work with water or oil often, these are not for you. The audio quality is okay, but not my favorite generally. The only way i'd recommend this is if: - Your ears are drier than the desert - You use exclusively Samsung devices - Your hands are especially grippy. - You love barely hearing your music. If you think i'm kidding ya, look up "low volume samsung galaxy buds 2" and take a look through some reddit and support threads.

They are like new, and they work very well. I'm happy that I was able to get them as a replacement for my lost ones.

Great ear buds. These were refurbished and you can't tell them apart from new ones. Did take some getting used to the ability to hear your surroundings while listening to music.

I like the style. Sound quality is great. The wireless connection is just average.

Decent. I liked them. They got stolen. Tracking the buds is useless, but sound is customizable.

I purchased these accidentally thinking they were Galaxy Buds pro because I lost mine these were a decent replacement my only issue is the bass isn't quite there like the Pro's these just sound average to me I did end up keeping them for the price however.

For a refurbished item, the quality is outstanding. My wife absolutely loves them. Thank you GeekSquad and thank you Best Buy.
