Very very inconvenient. Also, it had issues connecting, it would cut out while walking and the battery did not lost very long.

However, the sound and features were phenomenal. Touch gestures worked reliably and connection to my other devices were smooth and seemless. However, they also just recently nearly started a fire while charging. See attached pics for reference. TBF, these were a pair of refurbs. I'm not entirely sure how a brand new set performs. I'll never know because I'm never buying these again.

With regards to the battery if you are wanting to extend the battery life further, using the ambient sound setting rather than the ANC will allow you to have longer battery life on a single charge. All ear fittings were included. Very clean. Was a little skeptical to purchase these as refurbished based on some of the reviews but these ear buds were perfect.
