    They are alright, first off it came with only one earbud? Which confused me at first but yeah, customer service was unable to help my situation apparently… but yeah mid

    Refurbishment Fail!

    Several phone calls while wearing these ear buds with different people all had one thing in common. Each told me a version of "I can't hear you, can you speak louder?" or "Are you on speakerphone?" the final consensus was the word "muffled" That's how these ear buds made me sound to the people on the other line of a phone call. As a technician, I don't worry about refurbished products for the most part. For example, your car's transmission needs to be replaced and once that's been done by a professional, most people would use the words "fixed" or "repaired" then not worry about whether the next domino is going to drop just because the transmission was replaced. That's why I don't stigmatize refurbs like most people do. But in this case, either the tech was not 100% or these ear buds snuck into the fixed pile before they were actually fixed.

    I love samsung items but these are the best. I have a pair of the original galaxy buds and they are still going strong and these are even better than the originals.

    Arrived dirty and with the wrong ear tips

    Tldr; arrived dirty/gross and with the wrong models ear tips. They didn't even try. Package and earbud case arrived dirty. I didn't mind the galaxy buds 2 package being dirty and covered in masking tape because it doesnt affect the device, but seeing the case that the buds are in look filthy was a big turn off. No ear tips were attached to the device in the case. Came with 2 sets of ear tips, but they were the galaxy buds pro ear tips and not the galaxy buds 2 ones, so the buds dont even fit in the case properly with the ear tips on. The charger cable also had a chunk of something on it that was dark and required a sharp object to remove. This was an extremely dissapointing experience.

    The buds came without any eartips, so I cannot even try the buds. This seems to have been a persistent issue for reviews on this, as clearly best buy does not have any sort of quality assurance for their refurbished items

    The buds themselves are great. Great sound, great call quality. But best buy shipped without midsize ear tips. Left bud stopped charging right as the (less than one month?) return period ended. I don't buy from best buy often ... And this is why.

    Wireless charging stopped working after 2 weeks

    I have been using the buds 2 for a little over 2 weeks and just found out that the wireless charging is no longer working of this device. The USB on the back of the case is a hit or miss. Works most of the time but on random occasions I found it to be just sitting there not charging. I've tried different cabes and wireless chargers to make sure but turns out the case may be faulty. I overlooked a few minor scratches on the case which may have been from drops perviously and may have caused damage to the wireless charging pad at the back. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a working pair of headphones. As the return/replacement window is just 15 days and unless you plan on spending 2 weeks on putting these through their paces, try different outlets.

    The right side stops working in about a month an a few days and 30 days past already. I couldn't return it anymore. When i bought the item, I didn't find a way to buy insurance.

    They came in their original box which was cool. But it’s not even the original box to the buds , they have someone else’s name on them which I can’t change , I can’t even find the device on the Samsung earbud app. All in all, don’t buy used guys. Buy new.

    Case doesn't hold a charge

    Ear buds work but case does not hold a charge. It will charge the head phones when plugged in but as soon as you unplug the charger it stops charging the earbuds. Also missing medium buds.

    Worked well for a couple weeks… now they wont connect to my phone and pause/skip touch doesn’t work either. A little disappointed

    The left earbud doesn't work very well. the audio is very low. My calls drop every time i connection them

    OPEN BOX, NOT REFURBISHED

    This is an open box, not a refurbished product. The box was torn up and crudely taped by 2 different kinds of tape. It was also missing the medium sized ear pieces (which i need).
