The case opens at the slightest touch an the battery on the headphones last merely 3 and a half hours

I'd like to say that this has been a good experience but sadly hasn't. first off I got the wrong item initially (they were the pros but had missing parts) so I was able to get the right pair a week later. my problems started a little bit after this item was no longer returnable and consist of the right earbud practically not working, the right one is so quiet that at 100% volume it sounds maybe 30% in a busy area and 40% when quiet. the case doesn't really hold a charge at all and it almost never responds to a triple tap. when I first got these the sound was good and glad to have an app with customization, however at this point I can easily say that I wasted my money and I'm not sure if it's a Samsung problem or best buy but I would beware on both ends. the only reason I'm not furious is that I got a decent discount on these but wow they didn't even last 4 months without severe issues.

We received without the rubber tips, without this tips you can use them properly

Only one side the right side works properly . This is not a good deal sad but true

I have been using these ear buds for about a month now and I am very happy with my purchase. They came in a nice package with two sets of ear cushions. The sound is very good and I love the widget that automatically loaded onto my Samsung S23 phone upon connecting my earbuds. Good purchase and would recommend them. Battery life is about 7 to 8 hours, but if use one ear at time double the time. The recharge time on each earbud is fast as well.

These are excellent earbuds. I finally made the switch from wired to wireless and am very impressed with the sound quality, convenience and ease of setup. It probably helps that I also have a Samsung phone, which makes setup and adjustments simple. This was also my first refurbished electronics purchase. I was a bit weary, but the earbuds arrived in their original packaging and have a Best Buy warranty. They look and operate as if they were brand new, I saved some money by not buying new, and most importantly, there's a bit less e-waste in the world.

They cam packaged like brand new. Like the fit and sound. I do notice some screaching in my right earbud eveyone inwhile at night if im laying with them in and turn a certain angle. Sometimes. Its weird. Could be caused by anything. I have no conplaints howecer i got a refurbished pair i like at a great price. I like that i can turn off the tap commands etc from my pone app. I hated my other pair of anither brand that any little bumb in either side or movement from would ser off my tap commands

The samsung ear buds. Was a great choice. I lost my first pair. I didnt think these would be as powerful as a new pair. But they were. Same sound quality, battery life is great.

Love them! I had a brand new pair previously and I lost just the right one after only 2 months so I had a hard time paying new price again so soon. I found these and they look, sound and function like new. Only con was it only came with 2 sizes of the ear pieces instead of 3. Good thing I had a half a brand new pair to steal the other size from ;)

These ear buds are great. Sound quality is excellent. I've compared to other wireless headphones and sound is fuller and clear. If you use the correct size tips, the bud will fit snuggly. The app for the bud is useful in that it has fit test. The app equalizer also helps pick a sound you like based on the music you are listening to. Pairing is simple. I haven't tested noise cancelling. I never thought I'd buy a pair of these but I'm glad I did.
