The sound quality is awesome. I purchased these after my first generation pair went through the laundry one to many times. The noise canceling effect works really well for in ear buds, and the choice of settings is much more extensive than I would have expected.

I originally got the Galaxy Pros. As much as I loved the sound quality, they wouldn't stay in my ears. So I gave them to my teenager and bought these. Not the same audio quality but you need a good fit to get any value out of ear buds and these worked for me.

These work great! The sound quality is good. The size and shape fit better in my ears then the 1st gen galaxy buds. They connect to different brands of phones and you can download their software on non Samsung phones as well.

Love the product. Sound and options are wonderful, battery life is great. The touch controls are the reason I upgraded from my previous ear buds. Not disappointed. Only issue is that I only received 2 of the ear insert sizes, small and medium. I believe large would suit me better. To be fair, I did buy the refurbished option, though.

This is just a review of the quality of Best Buys refurbished item. The case could have been cleaned better, like quite a few of the reviews mentioned, the medium sized tips are missing. Some people get them, some don't it would seem. Just know there's a chance of receiving an incomplete but still great product. The earbuds however work great and have no issues so far. I appreciate Best Buy taking a look at the issue of missing medium ear tips...hopefully this will be corrected in future furbished units that are sold.

Easy to connect and use. App is semi-helpful for checking power levels of the buds. Sound is reasonable but I've. been spoiled by over the ear headphones. If you're looking for noise cancelling, these do not have that feature. But for Zoom calls while traveling, they worked perfect. They work well for music as well

This is my second pair of buds 2. Overall the product from Samsung is decent but refurbished is a hit or miss. But this time it's step beyond that. They decided to not ship it with the medium eartips. The one most widely used. And since this is purple, can't use them with any of my black eartips. And not many options available online either for purchasing a pir of purple eartips. Now there you have it. Using them with a size smaller eartips, falls off every now and then. Can't bring them on outside with confidence that they'd return back home with me. I wish BB would be more careful with it's Geek squad certificate products as it's not going to be long before they turn this thing into a joke.

I had originally ordered a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished pair of these earphones, but they came without any of the ear tips. I sent them back and ordered a replacement pair which didn't ship in the original box but the new pair came with all the parts and works very well. I'd say go for it but just be prepared for the fact that you may have to get a replacement if they don't ship with the ear tips (which seems to be a common theme based on other reviews).

Decent sound quality. Full charged buds last me 4 hours. They recharge pretty quickly.

The buds themselves work fine and the quality is great. I know they're refurbished but do they not clean the buds to fix them? i had to thoroughly clean them with alcohol and wipes. Also, i bought them in black but they came with white tips :/

I bought these Galaxy Buds used and they came in pretty good condition. I did however have to purchase a separate set of earbud tip replacements since the box did not ship with any. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know that upfront when purchased online. Good sound quality and I really like that I can adjust lots of different settings using Galaxy Wearable on my phone.

These earbuds came to me in excellent condition! Not a scratch to be found anywhere. I charged them up in no time and they synced with both my phone and watch with zero issues. I put them in my ears and found some music to play and OMG the sound is absolutely amazing!! I am so pleased with them and so very happy I didn't waste an extra 100$ on brand new ones! To say I'm pleased is an understatement. Thank you Best Buy for another amazing Samsung product and deal!

Great audio nice fit i would recommend it , good noise cancelation

I was a little leary getting refurbished earbuds, but was pleasantly suprised. They work great. They have great battery life which is a must when i listen to books alot. These have a good range that you can be away from my phone before getting interference/disruptions. If i hadnt been the one who bought them i wouldnt have been able to tell they werent brand new. I love them and am so glad I bought them.

Great noise canceling and ambient sound, great sound, however when on phone calls am told several times sound like muffled and in a tunnel.
