I purchased these accidentally thinking they were Galaxy Buds pro because I lost mine these were a decent replacement my only issue is the bass isn't quite there like the Pro's these just sound average to me I did end up keeping them for the price however.

Everything works fine. I haven't had any issues with them.

Had a pair of Skullcandy Jib True Wireless Earbud that worked perfectly fine for me but gave them to one of the kiddos. Being old school figured I'd get Samsung to complete the set; earbuds, watch, and phone. Don't wear earbuds often, mainly while mowing and maybe in bed. All in all, not much difference between the two, so glad I got refurb and only spent around $25 more than the Jibs. It could be because it came with no earp tips and had to use some I had laying around, but the Samsungs don't stay in as well as the Skullcandys did when mowing. Constantly having to reseat them ( which of course pauses music, then having to tap other ear ). Wasn't expecting much noise canceling from mower, so not completely disappointed, but it does seem that the Jibs were better ( again, could be a fit issue) But I'll stick with them and try other ear tips.

Ear buds, and case were both in impeccable condition. However, first pair I received came with just large and small ear tips for a white pair. I ordered a second pair. This one came with black tips but again mssing the medium size which is what works best for me. Disappointing that these would not be listed as missing or replaced.

Came just as you would get new, would never know they were refurbished.

Great sound poor fit. Samsung does a great job of making mobile product that are of high quality and great specs. These buds are no different. The only problem and it’s a BIG problem is that they fall out when I work out. Stick with the Galaxy Bud+. They have a unique rubber wing that gently keeps them snug in your ear.

For a refurbished item, the quality is outstanding. My wife absolutely loves them. Thank you GeekSquad and thank you Best Buy.

I'm very impressed with the battery. I can go at least a week or longer before I need to charge I love being able to do a fit test when I put them in my ear. They actually stay in my ears compared to other Galaxy earbuds I have purchased.

Great deal on an excellent set of earbuds. They're far better than I expected and fit comfortably for long stretches of time -- they also stay in when jogging.

Good deal with refurbished being less than $70 at the rate i lose them refurbs are the way to go. They come in clean as new.

These are absolutely amazing. I’m definitely an iPhone person but Samsung has definitely won the ear bud battle!!!

I was a little skeptical based on the other reviews, but I figured I'd give it a go and return them if there were any issues. My pair came with 2 ear tips and the charging cable, and everything was pristine. No previous sign of wear at all.
