They didn't come with medium-sized ear tips but I could have easily just sent them in.

The presentation was very ugly as this was for a gift still.

The noise cancelling works so well while listening to media that I always need to take an earbud out to hear anything. On another note, these little guys refuse to stay in my ears despite me trying about half a dozen different size tips. The ambient sounds mode is unbelievably bad. Do not use it. The touch controls just DO NOT work. The volume ALWAYS gets stuck going up or down EVERYTIME it's used. Disable the touch controls and keep pushing these guys back in and you'll enjoy them. Not worth more than $80 in my opinion and that's only because they sound really great with ANC.
