First set I got had not charging case, but I went to closest best buy store and it took less than 1 minute- they ordered a new pair for me. Thank you best buy. A second pair works perfect. Battery time is also like new set.

Don't buy refurbished!

The problem i had was buying these refurbished, I should have known better they didnt even last a year. They lasted a total of 10 months, the right earbud is already going out, has almost no sound now. Dont buy refurbished! If i would have bouggt them nee and had this issue atleast theyde be covered under warranty. Bought them quick though due to the last pair we bought being fake from a major store.

I returned them for a refund. This was the third BestBuy refurbished item that was received defective or had the wrong items enclosed.

My problem is how I get there. First it arrived without the ear gums, and they didn't even clean it. nor did they delete the previous configuration of its former owner
