"Refurbished" usually means they've been inspected and reconditioned to near manufacturer spec, but I guess that's not the case with "Geek Squad certified refurbished" products. Probably won't be going down that road again.

Saved a couple bucks and these both pairs look brand new. Came with all the accessories and came clean. He really loves his very convenient for work.
