Faulty microphone, weird fit, not Apple compatible

Something is wrong with the microphone and people can’t hear me if there’s any background noise on my end - they say they can only hear the background noise and not my talking. For example, I was trying to talk while I was browning ground beef and that subtle stove sound overwhelmed the microphone and my friend could no longer hear me. This is probably why they were returned and resold. Also the fit is weird and they wouldn’t stay in my ears and at the same time, were difficult to remove. I loved the galaxy buds plus but these buds 2 did notttttt work for me. Lastly, no app for iPhone so no adjustments can be made.

Refub was non-working and dirty

BB sent me earbuds that don't even work. They were missing the tips, there was no cable, no packaging, just the charging case and earbuds. The earbuds were dirty and they would not respond to any touch and never turned on. The case was fine. Had to drive to the store to return. Disappointing that they even shipped out to me.
