The box was torn up and crudely taped by 2 different kinds of tape. It was also missing the medium sized ear pieces (which i need).

This was my first time doing that and it was a bad experience. No quality control. I ordered phantom black and was sent the gray color version. Upon opening the charging case I noticed no cushions were installed on the buds themselves. I look in the box for the misc stuff and only found ONE pair of cushions for the earbuds. ONE! Didn't even fit me properly, so obviously I needed a different size but couldn't swap them because they only came with ONE size cushion. The website description clearlt said, refurbished phantom black, 3 different size cushions...what I got was refurbished gray with one set of cushions.

I instead received black ear buds and they don't have the silicone tips so I can't even use them. It's pointless to return because I won't get my rewards back so I'm stuck with these useless ear buds.

I'm highly disappointed because it said "Cerified Refurbished" but these ear buds looked more like a 2-year played with them in the dirt/mud then placed them in a different colored case and shipped them out. Very filthy, crusty, and scratched up. I returned them to the store for a refund immediately. Please do better guys.

The earbuds were NOT in "like new" condition, don't waste your time or money on BestBuy's refurbished program just spend the extra $ for new or Samsung's in-house refurbished products.

What a load of crap. Probably reset the device and threw it back in the packaging. The device is utterly disgusting. The buds them selves have left over ear wax on them. The charging case has ear wax in it. Only came with medium ear tips. Nevermind going to buy anything refurbished from best buy again.

Honestly, the ability to switch between active noise cancelling and "open ear/ambient noise" is the key, and these with app have their own version of 3d audio! So, for less than $75, you cant even compare the quality. Definitely glad I bought them.
