Called to get replacements and i was told sorry but it would be better to go into the store! Would not order refurbished anything again. Do they even check the package before sending them out. It honestly makes no sense. First off, they will not stay in your ear without eartips. I have Galaxy Buds Pros already and I know this. Second, how do you even forget to put on the eartips on the earbuds? I wouldn't mind putting them on myself for my brother to use but he opened the case to no factory eartips on.

I’ve purchased every style of Galaxy buds. Pro, Pro True, +, live- you name it-I have them. Trying to find a pair for all my kids and myself. Not 1 style worked. All fall out of ears-and diff size ear holes were tested out. Plus they all sounded the same. My $15 pair of Polaroids work way better

"Refurbished" should mean "cleaned", at the very least. This review is NOT for the product itself but for Best Buy refurbishing services, which apparently does not include counting or cleaning.

Firstly, the battery didn’t last too long then the earbuds kept glitching on me. They would not connect or if they did the other person on the line couldn’t hear me clearly. I finally returned them and got the earbuds 2 pro and my life has been much better.
