    This came without the rubber tips and looked old and heavily used and dirty. Returned. Buy new if you can. not worth buying the refurbished one.

    I bought these refurbished and 2 days after the last date I could return they started loosing bluetooth connectivity. I'll be in the middle of a call and all of a sudden the person can't hear me. I threw away over $60.

    Lost Audio in left Earbud.

    I bought these in december and they didnt even last for a month and one ear bud has already lost audio and i cant even return it as the return window was just 20 days.

    Have not recieved the item since placing the order online november 2022. Best buy says they cant do anything. So its stuck in limbo.

    The Earbuds wont turn off? I tried tapping pressing and holding but they dont turn off im not sure if thats how they are or if somethings wrong.

    1 bud didnt work had to take them back and the stores dont carry these so had to get a refund

    The left earbud stop working, and your not allow to buy protection on refurbished, hopefully i get the 400 Gift car to buy a new pair.

    I have to give it a 1. It must have been a refurbished set. The rubber pieces for the ear sizing does not fit these.

    Don’t buy renewed products very bad quality. Battery does not long for 20min and I don’t have a choice of returning as the warranty is just 15days
