It was missing the ear wings and so I had to contact support about it. My issue was resolved. There were no instructions inside the box. The box itself was in bad shape. I'd say you get what you pay for.

They have amazing noise cancelling, audio, and feel good on the ear, they are also on par with other brands that are more pricey even when purchased as refurbished. Great buy, would recommend.

I couldn't set up the controls correctly for one bud for the purpose I bought them for, so I returned them. They probably would work well for someone who is using them for the intended purpose.

MAKE SURE THEY SEND YOU THE RIGHT EARBUDS. This headphones a good, good sounds, and quality. Some features are a tad annoying but easy to work with.

The ear buds work fine, but they did not come with all of the in-ear silicone attachment sizes. This would be less of a big deal if it were advertised this way, or if it was known which sizes were being included. I don't regret the purchase, overall, but I cannot give this "refurbished" item more than 3 stars, as a result.

However, the noise canceling and transparency mode are mediocre compared to the pro version of these or AirPods Pro 2nd gen.
