The earphones in general are OK. They are the brand and type that's advertised. However upon initial purchase there was a ringing noise from the left bud. Reseting the earbuds and playing around with the tips got rid of that sound. However roughly 6 weeks after purchase the in ear detector stopped working. Noise cancelling and ambient sound have therefore been rendered useless. The sound quality is still amazing however those issues do take away from the overall rating

Great deal connect to apple seamlessly and audio can be adjusted on any android device like a laptop.

I already have a Buds2 and bought this as a backup. The buds2 came with the small eartips and large eartips. I didn't get the medium eartips, which fits me perfectly. So check your item and missing parts as soon as you get it.

Works just as good as new. Only thing missing was the medium tips but I prefer third-party tips anyways

Yes the ear buds came dirty and not all 3 complete sets of ear adjusters, but i cleaned them with alcohol pad and got new ear adjusters they work fine!! The sound is awesome, and for the price reduce is even better.

Certified refurbished should mean that all the necessary parts are provided albeit not necessarily perfectly packaged. The ear buds work fine, but they did not come with all of the in-ear silicone attachment sizes. This would be less of a big deal if it were advertised this way, or if it was known which sizes were being included. I don't regret the purchase, overall, but I cannot give this "refurbished" item more than 3 stars, as a result.

Definitely worth the buy! At first I wasn't interested in getting these because I already have a set of true wireless earbuds I like that weren't expensive, but than I thought since i have a samsung phone, why not. These are now the main headphones I use for everything! well worth the money. I would have spend the extra money and bought actual brand new ones for sure

Work great, sound great, does not come with the original packaging, refurbs. Work as designed, no problems.

So when I initially opened the box, I was very confused to find that the earbuds were in a white case. For a second I thought the order got mixed up and I got the wrong color somehow, but upon opening the case I realized they are the graphite color they're meant to be. Sound quality is ever so slightly better than my previous pair, the Galaxy buds Plus, and the microphone quality is noticeably better. Absolutely a great deal to get these refurbished!
