I was looking for a second pair of buds and found these at best buy for a really great price. For a refurbished item these were like new and no issue at all. I recommend this to anyone looking to save some money and receive quality product.

great sound quality, nice upgrade for the buds 1. need to improve batt life though only 7-8 hours. came clean, missing M size though

My Samsung Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Earbuds are great. The sound is perfect for active wear. They fit comfortable in both ears. The case is perfect for storage and charging.

The audio was good, but after I dropped them it got a lot worse. I ended up returning them because it didn't feel like it was worth the money. But that's what I get for buying used. Would buy again, but new.

Really like the earbuds. Good sound quality. Do wish they stayed in better when working out. Stay in good when walking, bike riding.

I absolutely love these headphones. I had an older pair of this brand that I love and thought i lost them so I purchased these. The sound quality is amazing!

They sent me a wrong pairs of tips, so the case doesn't case at least you take them off. If you want them to charge you need to take the tips off. Also the case came dirty (wax) I need to clean it with alcohol since I wanted it so much.

The sound quality is great, noice cancelling is pretty good but they occasionally unpair by themselves.

Awesome price & great quality!! I can never find earbuds that stay in place in mt ear. I can workout with them without them falling out !!!

Beast ear huds I've owned in awhile. Super comfortable and great quality sound. Has features most earbuds don't have, one being ambient sound. These earbuds automatically mutes audio to 50% when it hears you speaking.

When I opened the box for this order it was very disappointing. I've bought 3 refurbs from Best Buy and 2 were in good shape, the 3rd, this order, not so much. The buds are good, and are very similar in sound to the original buds. I'd say that are a little more neutral sounding (less bass-y) but still full and pleasant. However the case the refurb included was absolute garbage. Looked as though it was dragged in the dirt and actually still had a food smudge finger print on it. The USB cable looked as though it had been used for months (grimy and kinked) and only came with the smallest bud tips (even though I didn't trust to use them). Absolutely eye opening and will definitely stop me from trying out Best buys Refurbs again. IMO, it feels like one of the Geek Squad members saw the item they were refurbing and swapped out their own stuff for the better units and packaged their garbage.

I bought these certified refurbished and the price was good, but not cheap at all. These were meant to be a Christmas gift. I opened the shipping box today to wrap it and was surprised to seethey were in a clear plastic bag. No box at all. I understand there may not be a manufacturer box, but no box at all??? For $60, it seems there could be some type of box. I'll have to go buy one. It’s embarrassing to give a gift this way. I expected better from such a huge reputable company.

Sound quality was decent. The noise cancellation did not cancel out much noise but it was good for car rides and listening in areas that aren't too crowded. easy and smooth connection to my Samsung phone. My downside was that they don't have a full range of audio quality and match the highs and lows in music. I ended up returning them and went back to my airpods.
