They appear to work, but i will have to purchase the ear pieces. The parts that go into your ear. Not sure why they didnt xome with them. I will reach out to them, or take them back. I should have checked prior to leaving the store.

These buds are well made and gets the job done. Battery life is great and the sounds quality is balanced. Low to no connection breaks from a good distance from my phone and smart watch.

I was looking for a new set of buds and seen the buds2 refurbished for about half the price of new. When I received them they were like new and fit perfectly, I have tried many others and none of them felt right. I will buy these again

They are in great condition. I've been using them for a while now and the sound is so good. I've never thought that small ear buds would produce such a great sound. The noise cancelling and the battery life are also quite good. I haven't tried doing phone calls with them, but for music they are amazing.

Love these things. Probably not as good as airpods run from an iphone. But for samsung these work great. Sound quality is good, I'm not an audiofile. But the integrated features, vs other bluetooth ear buds, are excellent. Reads your messages to you, announces callers, lets you message back, you can pretty much leave your phone in your pocket and go about your day at work while making/replying to messages/calls all day. Huge con, if you drop them in the case, they will fall out, likely fly out. So, drop your case, dont just pick up the case, pick up your case and find your ear buds. Refurbished price was good, I'm 3 pairs in now due to dropping and loosing the earbuds. Both referb I've bought now, came with small/large ear cups in box, but the buds had nothing on. Which means, they took off the medium ones that come installed and threw them away. Makes sense, they were in someone elses ear, but they dont replace them for you, you just dont get them. They dont even list in the product page that refurb means missing parts (like it does for other refurb listings). So, hope you dont need the medium sized tips.

Excellent earbuds Excellent price I ve been buying nothing but open box deals and if not available i buy refurbished there basically brand new never had an issue and you save so much money i have these already but bought this for my best friends wife and she loves them if you have apple music and put on lossless audio the sound quality is unbelievable ive always owned a Samsung but always had beats or air pods and now that i switched ill never go back to apple products because they work alot better with apple devices in my opinion thats a bad qnd really a stupid business decision what multi million dollar man made that rule it just ahows how jealous they are of Samsung its a joke ypur apple i mean cone on your success sleaks for itself so until they make earbuds or speakers that have the same options that iphone have ill never buy it again especially after hearing the difference my friend and i he has a iphone did a comparison test and we were both shocked at the difference i thought i loved my beats but on a iphone they work a 100 times better than on a android anyway do yourself a favor buy them refurbished or open box if its available trust me its the same thing best buy prides them selves in quality so your not gna get anything thats not working perfectly and you save so much money

I really like these ear buds, They sound great and fit great. My only complaint is that the case doesnt hold a very good battery life.

Ordered these in 2023 and they are AMAZING. Me personally I have had no problems whatsoever with these ear buds. I have used them all day and everyday since purchasing and they have not failed me yet. Even though they are a little bit of an older release, that does not mean that they are not up there in quality. 10/10.

The sound quality is excellent, but it has fallen out of my ear multiple times. Several times it's dropped to the ground and I've had to activate the location beep feature to find it. It could be due to the shape of this specific model, but I wouldn't purchase it again for this reason. I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before one is lost. This is the only model of Samsung earbuds where I've encountered this problem.

Good quality product. Has a good sound. Connecting to Bluetooth was very easy. Long battery life.

They fit very well, the sound is great, the touch controls sometimes don't want to work, or they'll be extremely sensitive very inconsistent.

I lost my charging case and needed a replacement. I searched for a replacement on Amazon. The charging cases i liked on Amazon run about $25, made in China, and the reviews were not great. I figured why not just spend $50 for a refurbished Samsung charging case plus ear buds from GeekSquad. Its a better deal. So far, i have no problems with it. Both the charging case and ear buds work perfectly fine.

Great earbuds. They come with those rubber adjustments for your ears and they sound great in every setting you're in. Just don't have them on for too long because they can soon just hurt your ears

Third times a charm! I love these earbuds. I had to replace them because my friends dog eat my others. I wear a hearing aid and they fit perfectly with my over the ear aid. The sound is great, the noise cancellation is perfect for me and the size fits my ears great. I tried other buds but came right back to these for a 3rd time!

these are the first wireless earbuds i have bought. sound quality is great, they are comfortable and it is easy to connect them to any samsung phone

You cant even tell that these have been refurbished, the condition of them feel and look new, the sound quality is great for the price and really simple to use if you have an android
