Great, if they don't break

However, the galaxy buds 3 pro themselves are VERY fragile. Sound is great, but they will break very easily. I and my girlfriend are on our 3rd pair (6 total!) And we take very good care of electronics.

Missing cushions....

When you try to call and get the cushions, your only option is to return them at store and repurchase. Had to purchase the cushions on Amazon because i couldnt be hassled with this nonsense. Best buy know there is an issue yet they dont address it. Overall, product has worked fine though.
