    This was an open box/refurbished item and it was in great working condition. Those signs of where on any of the components. Would definitely purchase again as these are really great Bluetooth devices

    I ordered a refurbished pair. I fully expected damage or cosmetic issues and wouldve been completely ok with it. Unfortunately i received a pair i couldn't sync cuz the one wouldnt comnect. I pulled it out and looked at it and the end was completely broken off. If youre going to resell a "fixed" item. Please save everyone some time and make sure it works atleast.

    Got these feom bestbuy as geek squad refurbished. Great earbuds but they were defective. One of them just won't charge. Bestbuy had me return and repurchase at a higher price. Sucked it up and bought brand new ones from Amazon instead.

    These are technically functional but I they feel so uncomfortable and will not stay in my ears. The sound is great when they sit in the ears but they hardly ever do.
