Lasted 8 months - DO NOT BUY!

As they only came with a three-month warranty, I was left with a defective device and informed that refurbished items can sometimes fail, and I was outside the warranty period. It appears this might be a strategy to sell trade-in or returned items at a high price. Please be cautious. My status as a Best Buy premium member did not seem to make a difference in this situation either.

Great when they are actually in the ear.

The quality is not as good I got sony ones that are better quality. They changed the design and quality it just doesnt meet my expectations for Samsung.

Having to make sure the buds are the right orientation to slide the triangle body into the charger is annoying. Seems like a step down eve from the first pro buds. Cmon Samsung... Do better

Works but missing critical item.

I don't think Geek squad certified means anything.

When i pressed right but it had a loud obnoxious ring. I returned them - fetuen process was easy enough
