I LAYED THE BOX ON THE COUNTER AND ASKED MY GRANDSON TO GET IT AND BRING IT TO ME...HE LOOKED TO SEE WHAT IT WAS AND STARTED JUMPING UP AND DOWN...HE WAS WORN THE OVER AND OVER AND TELLS ME HOW GREAT THEY ARE...HE SAIDS THAT THEY CUT ALOT OF OUTSIDE NOISE AND HE HEARS SO GOOD WITH THEM...

Product arrived on time and came well protected. Looks pretty much brand new, no wear and tear from what i see. My only thing is that the battery doesnt last as long as other earbuds ive owned, maybe its just because they are used. But overall im happy with them.

I bought one refurb pair, and it had constant static in one ear which would loudly pop on occasion. I tried to figure out if there was a update i was missing, paired it with multiple devices, and turned all options on the app on and off, and the issue remained. I returned it, and bought a second pair. The employee said the refurbs on these are hit and miss. And sure enough, the second pair were perfect and I love them. So, I love the item, and I appreciate BestBuy's easy return policy. So, ultimately I'm pleased, but I think the first pair could and should have been QCed better.

Review from a Samsung user who is die hard apple air pod pro. Great quality, sound is very clean and clear, and noise cancellation seems to be on point. Only complaint I have is the touch controls on the stems is very sensitive and I hang up a lot if I touch them wrong.

For years I have been looking for earbuds that are able to do a good job of noise cancellation in noisy situations. these earbuds are the answer. I go on daily walks. I encounter lawn tools, semi-trucks, loud motorcycles and vehicles. Gym useage. The person on the other end of the call can't hear any of the background noise Overall I'm very impressed by these buds

Sound is great! Comfort is great! So much better than my Galaxy buds pro 2

Sonic quality and anc is great. Not quite as good as my Bose QC ii while mowing. Battery life is only 4-5 hours. Charger is relatively quick (20 minutes) to get partial charge back in to finish an 8 hour need. Controls are simple and modifiable in the app.

I love that these connect seamlessly with my S24 Ultra. Noise cancelation is awesome.

Bought these for my huqband and he loves them. Says the sound is awesome and they are comfortable to wear.

I have tried them ALL... high-end and low-end. These are by far the BEST noise-cancelling earbuds I have ever owned. The sound quality is excellent. Because they were refurbished, they didn't come with ear tips however, I was able to go to the local store and pick up a pair with no problem.

They're excellent! Just used them for a trip and were wonderful on the plane. Also great on calls. Absolutely love the comfort feel and the quality of the sound!

Perfect fit and amazing sound quality and works perfectly

Bought certified refurbished due to price point, it works and was easy to set up. It did not ship in the original packaging and was received bubble-wrapped in a BestBuy box. All of the accesories were included in the package, including multiple sets of earplugs, charger, and User's Manual. When I connected my new earbuds to my device, it did show up as another person's name, but that is easily fixed in the setting and I was able to connect it to my Samsung account. Feels better than the 2nd gen Samsung earbuds, but for people with small ears it still tends to fall out sometimes.

I was afraid they weren't going to work very well since they were refurbished but they were great as a matter of fact one time I accidentally dropped one hard it was making a hissing sound I was so scared that it was broken I put it back in the charger left it alone overnight the next day it worked fine

They arrived well packaged and clean, all parts and accessories were acounted for and instructions were included. They work like a charm and have features I didnt even know about, such as voice commands. I love these earbuds, I used to have the galaxy buds pro2 but these have blown the competition away, with clear quality and amazing performance.

It fits nicely in my ears. The noise cancellation is better than I thought, and the sound quality is top tier.

These Samsung bud 3 are the true amd noise canceling is amazing I literally talks on the phone while cutting the grass and the people on the other end hears only me. Thumbs up
