Alot of reviews said that the tips were missing but I received them all with no issues! I was hesitant to order but was well pleased with the product. If you're on the fence about buying refurbished, I'd say that this is a good product to take a gamble on.

These earbuds are great and noise cancel on calls.

Awesome, they light and fit my ear without hurting as some other bluetooth do.

They work great! They didn't have some of the features that I thought I had seen in research, but I'm still happy with them. The buttons and other controls are very easy to use, and I like how you can customize them. I didn't want too much ANC because of safety concerns with not being aware, but the customization even allows me to set a level of ANC! Sometimes theyre a little uncomfortable in the ear, but that could be user error with the fit.

2nd time buying refurbished samsung buds. This time it was to replace my fiances airpods i bought last year. She finally agreed since the pros lasted a little over a year. She loves em and that makes me happy.

These refurbished Galaxy Buds3 Pro earbuds are a great value. The sound quality is rich, and the noise cancellation works wonderfully. They fit comfortably and the battery life is solid. It's like getting new earbuds at a fraction of the price.

I purchased this refurbished product and unfortunately, it was defective. I decided to buy it because I’ve had the same item for over a year with no issues, and I got this one for my wife. Thankfully, the customer service—especially in-store—was excellent. The exchange was quick, and everything has been working perfectly since the replacement

They have a great sound and are easily customizable. The shortcut commands are great to use too, especially since you can choose which action is assigned to which button/motion. I have mine set only to volume and play/pause but there are a lot of other options. They also charge quickly. Anyway, those are the things I'd be looking for before buying, maybe it will help you, too :)

These brand new are awesome. but I got these refurbished ones and the work great but when pushing head phone into the ear it will screech every once in a while, which can be some what annoying

I loved them, the sound it has in a very sharp way is the best.

Honestly, I was a little hesitant to buy refurbished earbuds, but the "Geek Squad Certified" label made me feel better about it. And wow, I'm so glad I did. its working fine for. i connect them with iPhone and with Samsung phones too. so no issue

Everything was great until maybe about six months into having these the left earbud stopped charging.
