I fully expected damage or cosmetic issues and wouldve been completely ok with it. Unfortunately i received a pair i couldn't sync cuz the one wouldnt comnect. I pulled it out and looked at it and the end was completely broken off. If youre going to resell a "fixed" item. Please save everyone some time and make sure it works atleast.

One of them just won't charge. Bestbuy had me return and repurchase at a higher price. Sucked it up and bought brand new ones from Amazon instead.
