Sounds amazing but whats the point if it keeps saying "not a perfect fit" even if you buy different size plugs. They wont stay in your ear. Horrible headphones.

Not worth the money

Whatever, could be worse. Then suddenly they wouldn't connect to my phone at all. I tried to reset them and they won't do anything and are essentially bricked

Best buy dropped the ball

It looks like best buy threw in samsung ear tips, but didn't bother to check that they actually were compatible with the item (they weren't). I love buying open box/refurbished, and typically don't have any issues. Best buy dropped the ball on this one. Returned them right away.
