my estimated delivery date was Sep 8th, but I didn't receive this item yet. When I ask about it, service center ask me to choose replacement or refund. I really want this item, but they said if I choose replacement, I can get this one at least two weeks later (CS center was kind, but I really hate this situation). and Now they asked me to write review for undelivered item! Super annoying. ha

Horrible dirty nasty...case looked like it been kicked 4 2miles....had ear crust on the earbuds....So clearly they didnt sanitize em...or clean....judt put em in a box and shipped em out....RETURNED THEM B4 i left the store

They were fine, but they came with no ear tips at all.

I purchased this geek squad refurbished item and my experience wasn't good. Battery life was horrible and headphones were sounding tiny.

I had a lot of problems with these. The battery life is awful. I got about 4 hours compared to my Buds2 Pro that got 9 hours. They also would not stay connected. I was always fighting with them disconnecting and not wanting to reconnect. Another thing I did not like was the stem being a triangle shape, it made it much more fiddly to put back into the case because it would only fit if you lined it up correctly. The old version would just go right in with no fuss. I have already returned these.

Not the best fitting. The galaxy buds 2 fit better in large ears.

Do not light the design and gave me a headache after just a few minutes of wearing. Major ear fatigue and very noticeable when being worn. I could feel it all the way through down my neck. Good sound but terrible design. The sound quality did not even come close to outweighing the lack of wearable comfortability.

Return the item. Refurbished, sound quality was terrible. I could barely hear. Best buy check the refurbished products.

Didn't last more than 3 months, earbud not charging.

I got these from best buy on may 2 2025 they said they was good as new well im here to tell you they are not because the right earbud will not charge so now im out and they wont do anything to help with the issue

Is that not pay my worth. That not fit in ear i proper and also some times stop changing

They sent me the cheaper version of the same brand (bud3) not the pro. Returning was not easy either, I took it back to best buy physical store near me where the manager was not interested in helping so I had to go back the next day see a different manager who helped me. I will never order from Best buy again, Amazon has been reliable and easy to deal with when dealing with issues.

I bought these in May. I don't use very often. Was extremely unimpressed by poor noise cancellation. One day the earplugs are working, the next the right one is dead, doesn't work. A week later I pick it up and its working. I use a couple times, then go on a trip. The right one is dead again, can't return. Useless

Bad becuase i think their fake and when i call anybody it randomly cant hear anything
