Everything about headphones was great until the right ears plastic peice broke on me.

Return the item. Refurbished, sound quality was terrible. I could barely hear. Best buy check the refurbished products.

Bad becuase i think their fake and when i call anybody it randomly cant hear anything

They didn't come with the ear tips. Waiting for the new refurbished ones to be delivered, hopefully these come with everything it suppose to.

Do not light the design and gave me a headache after just a few minutes of wearing. Major ear fatigue and very noticeable when being worn. I could feel it all the way through down my neck. Good sound but terrible design. The sound quality did not even come close to outweighing the lack of wearable comfortability.

They sent me the cheaper version of the same brand (bud3) not the pro. Returning was not easy either, I took it back to best buy physical store near me where the manager was not interested in helping so I had to go back the next day see a different manager who helped me. I will never order from Best buy again, Amazon has been reliable and easy to deal with when dealing with issues.

The Buds came without the rubber ear inserts. When I went to the store in Joliet, I was only given solutions to purchase a new pair or get my money refunded. They were unable to order a new refurbished pair for me. So I wasted my time, gas, and a $10 credit. Will think very long before purchase again from best buy.

Didn't last more than 3 months, earbud not charging.

This review has nothing to do with the greatness of the earbuds but everything to do with the wording of Certified Refurbished. How can they say that they are expertly gone over and reconditioned to like new when I have ear wax stuck around both ear bud inserts. Absolutely disgusting. When you buy a product that states the item has been expertly Refurbished one should NOT find disgusting ear wax on the earbuds.

I bought these in May. I don't use very often. Was extremely unimpressed by poor noise cancellation. One day the earplugs are working, the next the right one is dead, doesn't work. A week later I pick it up and its working. I use a couple times, then go on a trip. The right one is dead again, can't return. Useless

I went to replace the ear tips and the retainer that holds the tip in place broke after a year of usage.

I got these from best buy on may 2 2025 they said they was good as new well im here to tell you they are not because the right earbud will not charge so now im out and they wont do anything to help with the issue

Ordered these and they sent the wrong ear pieces with it. When i called to get the right ones sent they said they cant help because it is a refurbished product. Seems like best buy needs to hire people who actually know how to double check things are right before sending products out if they arent going to stand by what they sell.

Everything seemed great upon arrival. I bought these for upcoming trip, and after 10 minutes the left earbud sounds as if im driving 80mph with one window cracked open. It's my fault for not using them long enough and realizing the WARRANTY is only for 2 WEEKS.

Purchased as a certified refurbished product. There were missing items as if it was an open box purchase. Employees did not recognize the difference between a certified vs. open box purchase and felt it was a non issue for there to be missing items.

Is that not pay my worth. That not fit in ear i proper and also some times stop changing

Its the first time i Bought a geek certificated product. And it was dissapointed, the earpods doesn't work propertly, the range was to short (2 feet) and allways was dissconected from the phone or laptop i need to pait every time

I have had all of the samsung buds one , pro 2, and pro 3 now. By far the sound level in the pro 3 is subpar. I find myself go8ng back to my pro 2.

don't buy Certified or used ear buds. missing ear plug and unable to connect my phone. I bought brand new and it everything work good. no missing piece.

Received the earbuds badly scratched, and was missing the rubber tips, said it was "geek squad verified" thought that meant they wouldn't be too banged up I guess I swung and missed on that one.
